I offer online or in-person presentations on a variety of inclusive, evidence-based therapy topics. Presentations include but are not limited to:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

    • Values, Cognitive Defusion

  • Self-Compassion

  • Yoga and Therapy Immersive Workshops

Each presentation includes time for Q&A and is priced for up to 25 attendees. For groups larger than 25, pricing shifts to $15 per additional attendee.
